Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026
In short
  • JDSquid is software for businesses. Payments run through your own payment processor, and we never hold funds.
  • You are responsible for your products, offers and claims. The AI suggests; you approve.
  • 14-day free trial, then subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
This summary is for convenience. The full Terms below prevail.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of JDSquid, an AI-powered conversion flow software service (the “Service”) operated by JDSQUID LLC (“JDSquid”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

JDSQUID LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with Wyoming filing ID 2026-002062704 and its business address at 125 S King Street, Suite 2A, Jackson, WY 83001, United States. You can reach us at contact@jdsquid.com.

2. Business use only

The Service is designed for businesses and independent professionals. By using it, you confirm that you act for purposes relating to your trade, business or profession, and not as a consumer. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent. If you accept these Terms for a company, “you” means that company.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate and complete information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@jdsquid.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may verify your identity and business details. We may refuse or close an account if the information you provide is inaccurate or a verification fails.

4. What the Service does

JDSquid provides software to build, publish and optimize conversion flows for digital products, including offer pages, order bumps, upsells, downsells, follow-ups and analytics, with the optional AI features described in section 8.

JDSquid is a software provider only. We are not a bank, a money transmitter, a payment institution, an electronic money institution or a payment facilitator. We never receive, hold or transfer funds on your behalf or on behalf of your buyers. All payments are processed by the payment processor you connect, such as Stripe or Inflowpay (a “Processor”), under your own agreement with that Processor.

5. Payment processors

To accept payments, you must hold an account in good standing with a supported Processor and comply with its terms, including its rules on restricted businesses, refunds and disputes. The Processor, not JDSquid, decides whether to accept you, processes payments, pays out funds and handles chargebacks.

We are not responsible for a Processor’s acts, omissions, fees, reserves, account holds or decisions. If your Processor account is suspended or closed, the payment features of the Service stop working until a valid connection is restored.

6. Free trial, subscription and fees

New accounts start with a free trial of 14 days. We remind you by email before the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription starts at the plan and price shown in your account before you subscribe.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period, monthly or annual, and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees exclude taxes, which are your responsibility, except taxes on our net income.

Fees are non-refundable once a paid period has started, as set out in our Refund Policy. We may change our prices with at least 30 days’ notice; new prices apply from your next billing period. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features after notifying you and giving you a reasonable opportunity to update your payment method.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.

8. AI features

The Service includes AI features that select offers, draft copy, run split tests and review flows before publication. You acknowledge that:

  • AI output is a suggestion. Content drafted by AI is published only after your approval, and you are responsible for it as if you had written it.
  • The AI selects only among the offers, prices and content you have approved. It does not set or change a price for an individual buyer.
  • The AI compliance review is a support tool, not legal advice. It may miss issues, and passing the review does not mean that a flow complies with the law or with your Processor’s rules.
  • We do not guarantee any level of revenue, conversion rate or results.

9. Your responsibilities

You sell your own products and are solely responsible for:

  • the products and services you sell, their description, quality, delivery and support;
  • the offers, claims, prices, guarantees and refund terms shown in your flows;
  • showing your buyers, before they pay, the total price, any recurring billing schedule, how to cancel and your refund policy;
  • complying with the laws that apply to your business and sales, including consumer protection, advertising, tax, data protection and e-commerce laws in every country where you sell;
  • handling your buyers’ refund requests, complaints and disputes.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Your content and data

You keep all rights to the content you upload or create in the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service for you.

When we process personal data of your buyers on your behalf, we act as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal data for which we are the controller.

11. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, prompts, design and documentation, belongs to JDSQUID LLC and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business during your subscription.

You must not copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, use it to build a competing product, or access it by automated means other than the interfaces we provide. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where reasonably possible, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use creates a legal, security or reputational risk, if your Processor terminates your account, or if the law requires it. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You can export Your Content for 30 days after termination. After that, we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, unless the law requires us to keep it.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and (b) our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify JDSQUID LLC against any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your products, your offers and claims, your dealings with buyers or Processors, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

Before starting proceedings, each party will try in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days after notifying the other in writing.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in your account at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.

18. General

These Terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, form the entire agreement between you and us. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
