Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy sets out what you may not sell or do with JDSquid. It protects buyers, keeps the platform trustworthy for payment processors and banks, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited products and services

You may not use JDSquid to sell or promote:

  • anything illegal where it is offered or sold, or that facilitates illegal activity;
  • weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia or prescription medicines;
  • adult content or sexual services;
  • gambling, lotteries, betting or games of chance;
  • investment, trading or cryptocurrency schemes that promise returns, trading signals, managed accounts, or unlicensed financial advice;
  • debt relief, credit repair or loan services;
  • get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, and multi-level marketing based on recruitment;
  • counterfeit goods, pirated content or products that infringe intellectual property rights;
  • fake documents, academic cheating services, or the sale of accounts, followers or reviews;
  • health products or programs that make medical claims not supported by evidence;
  • anything your payment processor prohibits, or restricts without its prior approval.

2. Prohibited sales practices

Direct response marketing is welcome on JDSquid. Misleading buyers is not. You may not:

  • make income, earnings or results claims that are false, unsubstantiated or not typical, or omit the disclaimers the law requires;
  • make health, weight-loss or medical claims without evidence;
  • create false scarcity or urgency, such as countdown timers that reset, fake stock levels or offers announced as closing that never close;
  • use fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements, media logos or other social proof;
  • hide recurring billing: every subscription, trial or payment plan must show the price, frequency, renewal terms and how to cancel before purchase;
  • add order bumps or upsells without the buyer’s explicit action, including pre-ticked boxes;
  • show refund terms that are missing, misleading or not honored;
  • impersonate another person, brand or organization;
  • collect personal data without a lawful basis or send marketing messages without the required consent.

3. Platform abuse

You may not:

  • sell through a flow products other than those it describes, or accept payments on behalf of another business (transaction laundering);
  • probe, scan or test the security of the Service, or bypass its limits;
  • upload malware or use the Service to send spam;
  • scrape the Service, resell access or share accounts.

4. Disputes and refunds

Where your payment processor makes the information available, we monitor dispute and refund rates on your flows. Accounts with persistently high rates, or rates above the thresholds set by your processor or the card networks, may be reviewed, limited or suspended.

5. Pre-launch compliance review

Before a flow goes live, our AI compliance review checks its copy, prices and billing terms against this policy. Flags must be resolved before publishing. The review is a support tool: it does not replace legal advice, and you remain responsible for complying with this policy and the law.

6. Enforcement

If we believe you have breached this policy, we may remove content, unpublish a flow, suspend or close your account, and inform your payment processor or the competent authorities. We will notify you and give you the opportunity to respond where reasonably possible, unless doing so would create a risk to buyers or breach the law.

7. Reporting abuse

To report a flow that breaches this policy, email contact@jdsquid.com with the flow’s address and a short description. We review every report.
